Saquon Barkley (-400 to -500)
In 14 games with the Philadelphia Eagles, Barkley has averaged 5.9 yards per carry for 1,688 yards, to go along with 13 touchdowns. With just three games remaining in the regular season, Barkley is only 418 yards shy of breaking Eric Dickerson's single-season record set in 1984.

The Buffalo Bills superstar boasts a 25-5 TD/INT ratio and 484 rushing yards, leading a Bills team that has won eight of its last nine games. Allen is coming off a monster performance in a 48-42 win over Detroit, throwing for 364 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 68 yards on the ground.
