Baker Mayfield is no stranger to going into Texas for a big game and showing out. He’s heading back to his home state, and the pristine conditions of the AT&T Stadium dome will only help his case.
Mayfield has thrown for multiple touchdown passes in nine of his 14 games this season. Two of those one-TD games came in Weeks 2 and 3, while the other three outliers are now a few weeks away.
The veteran quarterback is fresh off a four-touchdown game in which he racked up 288 passing yards in Los Angeles. In fact, he’s now thrown for seven touchdowns and nearly 600 yards in the last two weeks.
The Dallas Cowboys have been able to hold guys like Bryce Young and Drew Lock to Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns in recent weeks while allowing Derek Carr, Justin Fields, Jared Goff, Kirk Cousins, Jalen Hurts, Jayden Daniels, and Joe Burrow all to find the end zone multiple times.

I’m keeping it simple here by taking Mayfield to throw for at least 250 yards along with those two touchdowns. He’s thrown for 288, 295, 235, and 294 yards in the last four weeks and has hit 250+ yards in eight of 14 games this season.
The Cowboys have allowed 250+ passing yards in three of their last five games to C.J. Stroud, Jayden Daniels, and Joe Burrow. Drew Lock was held to 178 yards in Week 13, but even Bryce Young managed 219 yards last week.
Mayfield and the Bucs should let it fly in Dallas on Sunday night.
