My Warriors vs. Clippers predictions are expecting Andrew Wiggins to step up here considering Stephen Curry is out due to knee soreness and Draymond Green is questionable with a back injury.

My best bet
Andrew Wiggins Over 16.5 Points (-115 at bet365)
My analysis
Andrew Wiggins had a tough season in 2023-24 due to personal issues with his father’s death and inconsistencies on the court, averaging just 13.2 points per game.
However, the forward is playing a lot better this season. He’s putting up 17.5 PPG on a very efficient clip of 42.9% from three-point land. The reason I’m eyeing this bet tonight is because Stephen Curry isn’t playing.
Let’s be honest: who else is going to carry the majority of the offensive load for the Golden State Warriors? Yes, the Dubs are a relatively deep team, but Steve Kerr will be relying on Wiggins tonight against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Canadian has hit the Over in three of his last five contests and poured in 21 against the Lakers on Christmas.
And guess what? Wiggins has already torched the Clippers in 2024-25, averaging 25.5 points per night in two appearances. LA is also allowing an average of 22.1 points to small forwards this season.
I truly see no problems with him surpassing the Over once again. The trends certainly back up this one.

James Harden has his main role again with Kawhi Leonard out, and he’s putting up respectable numbers, averaging 22 points, 8.1 assists, and 6.5 rebounds. However, he’s shooting just 34% from three-point range, which is substantially lower than his last two seasons.
“The Beard” takes a lot of triples, as we all know. But he isn’t shooting it very efficiently at all, especially lately. Harden has only hit the Over in treys in one of his last six games. The Warriors are a solid team at defending the three-pointer, with opponents shooting just 34.9% from deep.
Golden State will be focused on limiting the veteran tonight and that means containing his looks from beyond the arc. Given how cold he is from deep and the Dubs’ perimeter defense, I’m expecting another quiet shooting night for Harden.
No Steph is a gut punch for the Warriors. If Draymond Green doesn’t play as well, it’s going to be very tough for Golden State to win this matchup. Also, the Clippers have grabbed five straight victories against their divisional rivals dating back to December of last year.
It doesn’t help that the Dubs are 3-7 in their last 10. LA, meanwhile, has won three of their last four and has compiled a 10-6 record on the home court. On top of that, the Clippers are 6-1 as a home favorite and sit at -3.5 tonight on the spread.
