I once folded AA at a fulltilt tourney which was a 23$ rebuy a few months ago. I made the final table and was guaranteed at least 300$ for 9th place. I was 6th in chips and somehow made it to the top 5 where i had the AA and was lowstacked and small blind. 2 othere ahead of me went all in and the BB was chip leader.
I folded the AA. The 2 players showed KK and AK respectively and the monster chip leader who was big bling had 10J suited. Well the monster chip leader ends up with a Q high straight and the KK and AK were out. I moved up to top 3 ans was severely shot stacked and finished with 2300$ for 3rd place.
In a real life game I most likely won't fold the AA, but online with 3 or 4 players ahead of me all-in in a pivotal position which means more money or going home I would fold em. My 2 cents.

If that happened you did a poor job of researching the site ahead of time because it's rigged or allows collusion. Secondly if you sit down with 100K.....you shouldn't be the short stack, you would have 3 or 4 side pots. And who sits down at a table with their ENTIRE bankroll anyway.....THAT is poor bankroll management.
Come up with another NON realistic example.
What if "Jigsaw" said "I wanna play a game" if you fold the aces you live, if you call you die. Yeah I'd probably fold.
I can't believe I wasted 5 minutes responding to that ridiculous comment.

Anyone that has the knee-jerk reaction that you should NEVER fold AA pre-flop is not very bright, and is probably a lousy poker player.
I have folded AA SEVERAL times in SATELLITES, where I am on the bubble and have a comfortable chip stack, and realize that there is NO reason to take any risk when for example, coming in first is NO different than 50th.
In a REGULAR tourney, for example, if 4 players go all-in before me for some strange reason, I would have trouble folding my Aces But I would possibly consider it if the prize money between a couple spots was substantial.
When it comes to gambling or life for that matter, Never say never or always."

Thank you for your contribution. I must admit, however, that this poker forum usually sucks and is devoid of much logic.

I'd fold um if I was the only white player at a private cash game.
