Arkansas State 42, Louisiana-Monroe 14: Adam Kennedy accounted for 337 total yards and three touchdowns as the visiting Red Wolves remained a game out of first place in the Sun Belt Conference.

Kennedy completed 16-of-23 passes for 235 yards and a 51-yard touchdown strike to Michael Gordon in the opening quarter, the first of four touchdowns for sophomore running back. Louisiana-Monroe had a 39-yard field goal blocked later in the third quarter and the Red Wolves capitalized with a five-play drive capped by Kennedyกฏs 8-yard touchdown run. A blocked punt early in the fourth quarter set up a 4-yard touchdown run by Kennedy and Arkansas Stateกฏs lead had ballooned to 35-14.
