Ben McLane and Ronnie Bell combined to complete 12-of-30 passes for 108 yards and three interceptions for the Panthers (0-8, 0-3), who have lost 12 straight games. Travis Evans rushed for 25 yards and has 1,428 in his career to become the all-time rushing leader at Georgia State, which began playing football in 2010.
Donald's career-high 69-yard run set up Browning's 4-yard touchdown pass to Cook 5:50 into the contest and Browning's 7-yard TD toss to Holley made it 14-0. The Panthers cut the lead in half when Terrance Woodard sacked Browning and Robert Ferguson scooped up the ensuing fumble and took it 87 yards for a score.
Donald's 1-yard run with 1:00 left in the first half gave ULM a 28-10 lead at intermission. The Warhawks opened a 38-10 advantage when Browning rolled out of the pocket and found Scioneaux for a 24-yard score late in the third quarter.
