Montee Ball ran for 194 yards and four touchdowns, leading No. 5 Wisconsin to a 48-28 victory over Michigan on Saturday.
Freshman James White rushed for 161 yard and two scores for Wisconsin, which totaled 560 yards จC 359 on the ground - despite being without star running back John Clay (sprained knee) for a second straight game.
Ball and White helped the Badgers, who are looking to play in their first Rose Bowl since 2000, end a five-game slide at กฐThe Big House.กฑ It was Wisconsinกฏs first win in Michigan since 1994.
The victory kept alive their dreams of winning the Big Ten and playing in a BCS bowl game.
The Badgersกฏ (10-1, 6-1 Big Ten), who were coming off an 83-point performance against Indiana, didnกฏt miss a beat without Clay. Ball ran for two touchdowns in the first half and White added another as Wisconsin jumped out to a 24-0 half-time lead.
Michigan cut the lead to 31-21 on an 11-yard touchdown run from Denard Robinson, but Ballกฏs 3-yard touchdown run at the start of the fourth quarter put the Badgers back in control for good.
Robinson combined for 360 total yards and all four of Michigan's (7-4, 3-4) touchdowns.
