The New Orleans Saints roll into a soggy Lumen Field to face the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football in Week 7.
Seattle is still sorting out life without QB Russell Wilson while New Orleans is off a bye week and anxious to find some consistency after splitting wins and loses in their first five games.

My Covers cohort Rohit Ponnaiya already served up Alvin Kamara and the Over on his receiving yards (29.5) for this Monday matchup, and I’m going to piggyback off that pick and go with Over 127.5 total yards from the Saints dynamic running back.
Kamara has had some up and down receiving performances this season but snagged five catches on eight targets for 51 yards in the win over Washington in Week 5.
He faces a Seahawks defense that’s been shredded by pass-catching backs in 2021, allowing a total of 360 yards receiving on just 39 grabs from rival RBs — an average of 9.23 yards per reception.
On the ground, Kamara has gone for 89, 120, and 71 rushing yards the past three games. He gets some key blockers back for this primetime showcase, with tackle Terron Armstead and center Erik McCoy set to return from injury tonight.

The Saints are missing some bodies in the receiving corps in Week 7, with Michael Thomas still on the mend and Deonte Harris and Dwayne Washington out of action.
That has Ty Montgomery sliding up the depth chart and holding a ton of value to find the end zone tonight at +750 odds. Montgomery is a Swiss Army Knife, able to break off gains through the air and on the ground.
Sean Payton loves his dual-threat talents and could throw some wrinkles into the playbook to free up room for Montgomery. He didn’t do anything in the win over Washington in Week 5 but did have three grabs on three targets for 42 yards along with two runs for seven yards in Week 4’s OT loss to the Giants.
Considering there aren’t many other options in the Saints’ passing game, Montgomery is worth a TD anytime flyer. Some books have him as low as +350 to find paydirt but DraftKings is still hanging him at +750 to crack the end zone (+4,000 as first TD scorer).

Happy belated
If you watched NFL action this past Sunday, you were well aware that it was “National Tight End Day”. Seahawks TE Gerald Everett will have to celebrate a day late but will be just as appreciated — especially by veteran QB Geno Smith.
New Orleans is one of the top pressure teams in the NFL, bringing the heat on 24.3 percent of opponents’ dropbacks. The Saints have only eight sacks but 26 QB hits. NOLA also is expected to have DE Marcus Davenport and LB Kwon Alexander back for tonight.
Smith will be looking to Everett often as a quick checkdown when New Orleans closes in. Everett caught two of three passes his way in the OT loss to Pittsburgh last week and snatched 5-of-5 targets versus Minnesota in Week 3.
His receptions prop total is at 1.5 for tonight with the Over as pricy as -200 at some shops. However, you can get it at -166 at FanDuel books.
