It will be hard to match the exciting action from NBA Christmas, but there are another nine games on the schedule for Boxing Day.
While we don’t have many marquee matchups, plenty of stars are taking the floor, including Giannis Antetokounmpo, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, De’Aaron Fox, and Trae Young.
Once again, here are my best NBA picks for DraftKings’ Pick6.

DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for December 26
Tyrese Haliburton 17.5 Points: LESS
Tyrese Haliburton hasn’t been playing at the same high level as last season. While he’s still a fantastic playmaker, the Indiana Pacers guard simply isn’t scoring consistently, registering less than 17.5 points in three straight.
It won’t be any easier tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the best defense in the entire Association. He also averaged a mere 13 points against them in two appearances last season. It will be another slow night for the two-time All-Star.
De'Aaron Fox 25.5 Points: MORE
De'Aaron Fox hasn’t signed an extension with the Sacramento Kings yet but boy, he is surely doing his part. The former Kentucky standout is averaging 26.2 points per game and has been on an absolute heater lately. He’s hit more than 25.5 points in three of the last four games, even erupting for 31 on December 21 against the Lakers.
While he didn’t play great against the Detroit Pistons last season, Fox has turned it up a notch at home in 2024-25, averaging 28.1 points compared to 23.8 on the road. I expect Fox to stay hot tonight.
Dejounte Murray 7.5 Assists: MORE
The New Orleans Pelicans are downright terrible and Dejounte Murray has struggled to score since making his debut. But, one thing he is doing well is facilitating. The shifty guard is averaging 7.6 dimes per contest and has seen an uptick lately.
Murray has compiled more than 7.5 assists in four of the last five games. He even had 15 dimes on December 22 against Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets. The Houston Rockets, NOLA’s opponents tonight, allow the fewest assists per game. However, they’re allowing a lot more across the last three games.
Pascal Siakam 19.5 Points: MORE
Pascal Siakam came over to the Pacers at the deadline last season and instantly made an impact. In ‘24-25, he’s been even more important than Haliburton, leading the team with 20.1 PPG. He’s registered more than 20 points in four of his last five outings, most recently scoring 20 against the Warriors a couple of nights ago to help extend Indy’s win streak to five.
The veteran also played respectable basketball against the Thunder in ‘23-24, averaging 19.5 PPG in two games. Yes, they’re strong defensively, but Siakam is playing with a lot of confidence.
Nikola Vucevic 10.5 Rebounds: LESS
Chicago Bulls center Nikola Vucevic is known for his ability to control the glass, but he’s averaging his lowest rebounding total in six years with 9.8 RPG. While he’s grabbed more than 10.5 in two of the last three, he had less than tonight’s total in five straight before that.
The Atlanta Hawks are also very good down low, ranking fourth in rebounding. Of course, he’ll make an impact, but Vooch will not surpass 10 boards here.
Anfernee Simons 2.5 Threes: MORE
Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons takes a lot of triples — 7.6 per game with an average of 2.5 makes. Simons is shooting just 32% from deep, but he’s been heating up. Before going 0-for-3 in Portland’s last game, the 26-year-old drained more than 2.5 treys in four contests in a row.
He even sank eight triples across two games against the Suns and Nuggets. As long as Simons attempts his usual amount of 3-pointers tonight against the Utah Jazz, I don’t see any problem in him making this entry well worth every penny.
