Weird. So, he had no idea he was being filmed.

I thought at first he was 'funny'. Then I thought he was trying to 'impress' the girl.

But not surprising the things he claimed happened. But if you've been involved in intelligence you do not go around blabbing like that.

So, he maybe over hyping himself.
