In July 1991, Trump¡¯s Taj Mahal filed for bankruptcy.

He could not keep up with debts on two other Atlantic City casinos, and those two properties declared bankruptcy in 1992.

A fourth property, the Plaza Hotel in New York, declared bankruptcy in 1992 after amassing huge debt.

PolitiFact uncovered two more bankruptcies filed after 1992, totaling six.
Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts filed for bankruptcy again in 2004, after accruing about $1.8 billion in debt.
Trump Entertainment Resorts also declared bankruptcy in 2009, after being hit hard during the 2008 recession under the Bush republican administration.

Why the discrepancy?
Perhaps this will give us an idea:
Trump told Washington Post reporters that he counted the first three bankruptcies as just one.

The survey released by the Presidential Greatness Project puts Trump in last place, behind even William Henry Harrison (#31), who died of pneumonia just 31 days into his presidency, and Richard M. Nixon (#35), who resigned in disgrace due to the Watergate scandal.

Previously in midterm elections, moderate voters mention extremism and threats to democracy as reasons for voting democrats instead of republicans.  So far, top concerns seem to change over time.  When economy and inflation appear positive, republicans switch to criticizing crime and immigration.  No surprise Biden approval rating is up.   Since Trump started campaign earlier in 2023, he is supposed to be ahead as a front runner.  Now that Biden started campaigning in 2024, Trump advantage should eventually fade.

Well, I'm not sure we have ever experienced a border crisis like the one that is currently taking place so not sure that assessment can relate...there is a border situation and has not been anything that just popped up...it has been a topic throughout Joe's first term and has progressively gotten worse....so, talking about it should be a focal point because it is in an issue...maybe in years past maybe not so much, but currently it is...and I'm not sure inflation is positive at the moment so not sure I understand the intent...

Billionaire Mark Cuban says he won't vote for Trump because Biden is a better president.  There has been little turnover in Biden's cabinet.  No body has turned against him and written nasty books about why he is bad for the US.  In contrast, almost all the people closest to Trump turned against him.  Brookings institution reveals that Trump administration broke records for highest turnover rate of any presidency in 40 years.  Most people were either fired, resigned or reassigned.

On a side note..mark Cuban just made a business deal on shark tank for a sponge company ...and not for the contraceptive sponge either so all you elaine benes' can relax..

Oh, and it was ranked the 143rd best deal made on shark tank

And apparently those are important qualities in Washington...and how many can you quickly name that meet all of those traits you list
