Pick of the Night

PHI ML is the lock for tonight.  Flyers are due for a win and the ducks are 5-15 on the road.  BOL boys!

What's up gentlemen.. hopefully you were on the winning side of this one with the Flyguys.. Looked really good and the Ducks looked sluggish as expected.. on to tonight's pick of the night to keep things rolling:

NJ vs. ANA: NJ ML - Have to stick to my guns tonight and go against the Ducks again on a B2B.. Ducks are just known to be awful on away games and you can see that the travel took a lot out of them last night.. I can't see them rebounding against this desperate Devils team that needs home wins.  Take the Devils on this pick! BOL boys! 

Also like the Under in this match-up if you understandably can't put money on the Devils.. haha 

Whats up fellas! Feeling good this morning with another big hit and 2-0 on my big plays this week .. didn't doubt for a second that the Ducks would look tired and they were awful.  Hopefully you were on the winning side of this either way you went - Devils or the Under.  Going to do my Pick of the Night and throw in a bonus pick as well:

MIN vs. ARI: ARI ML - This one is an easy pick for me with the Wild on the road for their third straight game on a losing streak.. The Yotes are going to be hungry for this win at home after losing to the Wild twice already this season.  I do think this will be a tight match-up that the Yotes pull out in the third period or in OT.  Take the Coyotes!  BOL boys! 

Bonus pick: BUF vs. PHI: PHI ML - Typically, I would never pick the Flyers twice after a win, but there isn't much to explain on this one.. The Flyers just look like they are putting it all out there for Oskar Lindblom and that motivation was seen in their last game.  The Flyers are just a different animal at home with the crowd behind them and I think they'll put together 3-4 game win streak.  The Wild are awful on away games with a record of 6-13 and this will be their third road trip game losing their last two. Take the Flyers! BOL 

Where are you getting that from besides shots on goal stat... The Ducks scored on 1 of 5 Power Play attempts which all sucked vs. the Flyers only 2 Power Play attempts.. Flyers pounded them on the boards 24-16 on Hits.. they did not look good at all and the Flyers are known to start slow in the 1st period.. most games they trail the 1st period, so if you're basing it on that, that's probably why you bet the wrong side and are mad.. What happened in the Devils game.. This is hockey.. Goalies will be the 'X' factor in most cases.  

Anyway, you don't have to ride my picks, you can always pick the opposite! BOL my friend

Goodluck boys! My real play for the night is Arizona.. just threw in the Flyers as a small wager bonus.. we'll see how it plays out! 

Alright boys.. the man is back and ready to collect some more ! A beautiful blowout in the Flyers game kept me in good standings.  3-1 this week based on my picks given out.  Took the Bruins/Islanders Under 5.5 as well to collect some change!  My two Picks of the Night are in:

DAL vs. FLA: Under 5.5 - Dallas is going on a B2B here against the Panthers in an OT show down last night.  I don't know how much effort they will be exerting in this match-up, but my intuition tells me they are scoring no more than 1 goal.  I also like the FLA ML, but the under has me more intrigued.  Bobrovsky really needs to step up in this game losing their last 3 of 4 at home and I think he will.  Take the Under! BOL

TOR vs. NYR: NYR ML - I think there is a ton of value with the Rangers ML currently at +145 playing at home.  They are on a two game losing skid with their last loss at home and I don't see them losing b2b home games and going on a three game skid.  This will definitely be a tight match-up that will come down to the 3rd period/OT, but I think the Rangers will steal this one.  Take the NYR! BOL

Thanks AJ! Poor goal tending and terrible 2nd period put the game out of reach for the Coyotes.. Wild just have their number this season.  BOL tonight!  

His W/L is due to lack of goal support. He's only allowed 8GA on 148 shots (.946sv%) in those four games, with 3 of those GA being special teams goals. You can't really ask much more from him. It seems the Cats skaters are getting pretty cozy on this month-long home stand before the holidays.
