Quite obvious I would think. But people don't ever want to be wrong so it's rigged if they lose a game they had no business winning anyway. That TD would've just back doored the Jets

I¡¯ll explain why because apparently somehow people who know football have a hard time understanding this. If he runs into the end zone, the Jets have a tiny chance to still win the game if they score and recover an onside kick. If he does not score, they can consume the rest of the clock. It¡¯s called playing the percentages. Really simply stuff actually.
Didn¡¯t know you were on the NFL payroll.

I was hoping for this exact scenario as I had NYJ teased with the under 49.5 so this play while was smart was exactly what I needed. Plus I been complaining about how dumb these athletes are what Pat Maholmes did was actually the smartest way to end the game without any further risk of extending the game and risking losing and injuries.

Ok then why was Mckinnons run not placed at 10 yard line where it should¡¯ve been placed????? Even Tripico said ball on 10 yard line before quickly saying no 11 yard line give me a break it¡¯s total garbage and I actually won bcuz of it but c¡¯mon seriously

Ooooh I missed that. No shit, there's the smoking gun right there. They needed it to be atleast 1 yd outside of the endzone to allow for that exact scenario

It's not really surprising that people think that because it's the same people who listened to all the talk about how bad Zack Wilson is all week (it was NOT his fault they lost today, guys were dropping passes and missing FGs, bad calls in the end too) and decided to bet on the Super Bowl champs even though the Chiefs haven't been covering going back to last year they win and dont cover plenty. But last week vs the 2nd worst NFL defense they scored 41 so they made the sucker bet now vs the best NFL defense.
IE: you're trying to explain something to the squarest of squares, the bookie's wet dream. I have been watching streams of games on YouTube since I'm not in the USA and reading the comments OMG I wish I was a bookie because the average NFL bettor is borderline retarded and now that it's legal it's like taking candy from a baby. Today someone asked 'Why are they playing in London, that's taking away from the fans of the two teams?' Like, there's a lot of people out there that just don't get it. I often wonder how they get by in life at all. I guess it's like the Ricky Gervais joke
When you are dead, you do not know you are dead. It's only painful & difficult for others. The same applies when you are stupid.
Or the George Carlin one:
Think about how dumb the average person is. Then think about how half of them, are even dumber than THAT
Have to add, though when you make a thread about how stupid people are, might want to run a quick spell check - astrounding isnt a word
