No soccer or as the rest of the works calls it, "football" for you?
Betting the NFL is pretty damn hard. In fact as I've gotten older, I don't like to bet on the NFL anymore. Now it's soccer..
bro..
I always enjoy reading your threads..

This is the way of the world. The funny thing is that the secret to life is the opposite. Taking joy in lifting others up.

If you were able to come back from this years deficit and break even, or be up or down just a few units, that would be just as impressive as some of your winning seasons in my opinion. Not only do I believe that you can do it, but it wouldn¡¯t surprise me at all. Keep grinding and GL tonight. Thanks for sticking around the circus

To each his own. This has made a lot of money in the last decade. Not so much this year - but the year aint over.
There has never been another year where you could just pick favorites and QBs, and lay whatever spread - and print money. Enjoy it while you can!

Van, you are a total class act and one of the best persons on this website. For 20+ years you have provided picks and info to all of us here, to try and help others. To the fools who are giving you a hard time cause of 1 bad season(honestly cant remember your last one), those fools should quit gambling today because they are gonna have a lifetime of losses if they think anybody can win every year at gambling. They are upset because your time machine that spits out winners is having an off year, lolllll. Fuck those fools
Keep doing what your doing because you are helping more people then you know
You are a great guy and am glad to have you as a Friend

I have posted international soccer tournaments for decades without a miss.

Probably because the data supports the shitty dog covering when Joe P lines up on the Fave and is very profitable over a long period of time by managing Vig and selling points (or ML dog betting) to get even or plus odds.
Find the value in the Line, and bet it when it is in your favor. Anyone trying to predict each individual outcome perfectly is already on a losing journey. Shitty Teams cover as much as Faves and Dog ML's pay plus.
BOL vanzack. Keep it Real.

I do bet soccer. I just dont post. For similar reasons why posting NFL is very hard to beat. Timing, pricing, lineups.... They are everything - and I just cant commit to posting all of this stuff.
I also found that because soccer is smaller market - the lines were moving on me after posting. A couple of years ago I posted MLS on Twitter, and the lines would move like 50 cents after I posted. I was having an incredible season but stopped because it was endangering my ability to get down.

Thanks for the encouragement. I put the odds at about 25-1 that I can get above even, but I am going to try.

But this year, you are better off just lining up and laying any number. It hasnt mattered. When the fav covers, they have been covering by a lot. With so many new gamblers out there because of legalization - they just think this is easy and year after year a cash machine. I guarantee there are college kids dropping out all over the place to become pro NFL bettors because of this season.
It is going to be a bloodbath. Guess who will be around?
You get it.

I guess the origins will remain a mystery lol

You got it. Imagine this is your first year betting NFL and you are 22 years old?
You would think you could bet any fav at any number and win. Infinite money glitch.
I look at this season as weathering the storm for me. I know I am in good shape when sportsbooks are issuing guidance to their shareholders that "consumer friendly results have resulted in far less than expected earnings". Because me and the books are on the "shit teams".
We will see what happens longterm.

Do not confuse underdog teams with " shitty teams"

Ridder does not belong in the NFL. I believe he's got under 60 yards passing tonight.
