That 4th and inches call at the end of the game was the wrong call to make! I honestly think the got so lucky they converted that or he would be getting roasted and called the worlds dumbest coach! Why wouldn¡¯t you go up by 3 leaving around 38 seconds left for Packers with no timeouts left? I would back the defence there! He got very very very lucky they converted that!

Ramblin', gamblin' Dan Campbell is my favorite head coach in the NFL. His/their goal is a Superbowl. The Lions won 2 playoff games last year, which is 2 more than they have won in over 30 years. He has brought glory to Motor City. When I heard this song it seems to have been written for him:
Since we are on the topic of head coaches', there is another long tenured head coach that hasn't won 1 playoff game in 7 years, yet he is praised to the heavens by the mainstream sports' media. He is rarely held accountable in the media for his many coaching gaffes and there are countless examples of those. He gets a pass for mediocre results from 'wokester' ownership as well and even a pay raise and contract extension. He makes 4x what Campbell makes. How is that for meritocracy?

if the coaches goes for 4th downs instead of taking points, or goes for it deep in his end and turns it over...then yes it is on the coach. just because it came down to 1 play and the player didnt make the play doesnt let the coach off the hook. just like the game thursday. Yes he got tds on a couple of those 4th down plays but the 4th at his own 30 that resulted in a TO and a score for the other team was bonehead.
