actually read an interview with this lady and this is true.
Also, if you have ever been at a real hot table that is full, each roll takes about 5 minutes as they try to pay off all the chit on the table and then get all the presses and chit. No lie.

The employees are a reflection of the management.
This is why the Cal and Main St Station are my favorite crap destinations. The dealers and floor men are pretty lenient and rarely try to intimidate you or jinx your roll. I have several techniques when throwing dice depending on position and state of mind. My favorite is a high lob. This is not allowed anywhere except at the CAL or MS Station. Most of the time they allow me to throw the dice 2 feet above eye level. Oh by the way the Borgata, is also owned by Boyd Gaming. This is not a coincidence.
Another dice story....
I was at the Horseshoe and on a nice 40 min roll. Starting out with placing 26 across on the numbers I had parlayed it up to around $2000 on the numbers. During the roll, the pitt boss twice told me to bring the throw down and twice to hit the end of the table. I kind of laughed and assured him I would. Finally he came over to me and as I was picking up the dice he put his hand on top of mine, stopping me from picking up the dice and said this was the last time he was telling me to throw it lower. I told him OK take me down I quit. His mouth dropped as he stammered you can't quit, and your line bet ($25) stays. I told him fine, keep it and you shoot the dice. I did not change color, did not tip, stuffed all my pockets with chips, turned my back on the table and walked away, while the whole table just watched me in suspended total disbelief.8 months later I found him working at the the Cal and he was totally nice to me.

Coming up this weekend, going to try the same table Stanley threw on that legendary Memorial Day weekend. The timing is around midnight Fri and Sat. The place will be mobbed with Hawaiians and roundeyes who know the myth.
Haven't had hour roll in 10 years since I broke my leg, but going to give it my all to break my lil jinx.
If you're around downtown MoneylineB check out the action

Sure, I'd love to see the casino recover from an hour roll....
I knew there was something about Hawaiian rollers (Filipino rollers too)....they're a DON'T players worst nightmare.

Happens often at the Cal ....where well over 200 players have been clocked throwing over an hour since 1990
I would say odds are about 50-50 there will be an hour roll at either The Main St Station or the California Hotel this weekend. And about 25-75 there will be (2) rolls. 5-95 there will be three.
Of course there is always the chance the tables are ice cold, I do not hesitate to go to the dark side or look for an empty table to shoot by myself.

The Cal is a downtown hotel. A throwback to old Vegas. She is just plain unglamourous. One man sportbook and double deck blackjack Some of the cheapest rooms in LV but very clean with foam mattresses. No chicks here got to go to Fremont St block down. But for some serious crap action, they kind of expect the big rolls.
