How does one trading in penny stocks overcome the wide bid-ask spreads? If you were to use limit orders, then its hoping that it might be filled. If filled, then if one wishes to sell, who will buy it? Basically, just sell to someone who will buy it at a higher price than you bought it at. It sounds like a ponzi scheme which makes it very risky and riskiest of investments
You dont. Its gambling more than investing. This is a gambling site after all! If were being really honest too many traders use market orders anyways.
