No revenue, 68 million market cap, 5k in the bank with 3M debt. Stock was half a cent this year and now 28 cents.
Sure they got all the OTCBB marketing spam working and maybe they have an interesting idea but really this stock is going to retrace hard once the pump and stock sale is over.
They keep issuing stock to float operations and adding debt. This is a 1 in 100 shot, I hope it comes in for you.

Due diligence indeed....
Congrats sfg8. You have somehow managed to make a 700% plus profit on a company whose balance sheet looks far from investible.
It's hard for me to fathom how a company bleeding cash and piling on debt can catch so much investor attention to return 2300% in barely a month and a half, but the concept is indeed fascinating. Fresh clean foods that are free of disease and pollutants is something our world needs more of. However, based on the company's own stated objective of producing 4,000 pounds of shrimp per week (facility max), they would only be able to produce roughly 4m in yearly revenue (give or take) selling shrimp as a wholesale seller. That said, the odds of them ever turning a profit seem unlikely.
I think the play here would be to license out the technology and hope for a buyout from deeper pockets but if they can't turn a profit, the stock itself is dead in the water so to speak. I would cash out my profits and swim away.

Buck....go to the company website and take a look at the financial reports and let me know what you think. The results are unaudited, so you have to accept them as fact which I would find hard to trust if investing a serious amount of money.
How in the world is this company going to turn a profit selling under a quarter of a million pounds of shrimp a year??? Either they figure how to ramp up production significantly while cutting costs or license out the technology. Seems like a lot to ask.
It looks virtually impossible to me how a shareholder will profit on anything other than a lucky swing trade.

Sheesh these financials look like death...how much cash they have vs short and long term debt and accounts payable, the tangible value of the company is massively negative.
They either dilute the living crap out of the common holder for years or they go BK...they are bleeding cash every quarter so much that they have to either do convertibles or sell common to keep from going under.
Look at the constant common stock issuance on their balance sheet, how can someone that owns this stock ever not be diluted? They are pumping and floating to keep going.
Yucck...

sfg8....penny stocks are a waste of time. I will keep preaching as long you continue posting about these garbage companies. I gave you the lowdown on SHMP several months ago....the concept might be OK, but the stock is a joke. A few weeks ago I checked the spreads on the bid and ask on some of your pennies and it's worse than I imagined. Some of them have 200-300% spreads....Bid at .01 with an ask of .025? Jesus...it's simply highway robbery but it's legal as long as you participate willingly.
If you want to make money, stop gambling on worthless junk. Just my 2 cents.

¡..just trying to help point you towards a long term plan that will make you money. The bid/ask spreads on the penny stocks are simply cost prohibitive when constructing a sound investment strategy. Thus, recommending others get involved (imho) in penny stocks, is generally really bad advice.
