What was your worst beat and for what amount?

30 years of gambling. Worst beat has to be knicks vs Miami series bet.  Young dumb maxed out all my Cc  about 12 k took NY +120 before series started. Ny goes up 3-1 Game 5 blowout Miami wins Charlie Ward gets tossed into the stands late in the game benches clear but most of Miami starters are still in   Ewing LJ Houston Spree all get suspended Watched game 6 with my late grandpa as he was pulling for Miami not having a clue what was on the line for me 

over 10 something years ago. 10k  clippers!!! first half needed 1 more point and CP3 were at the ft line...this muthafucka missed both FTs!!! Pale as ghost 

This year it was the Washington hail mary vs Bears. 

Years ago it was Jags blocking a fg against Pitt running all the way to end the game and cover on Monday night football. 

Anybody remember the Atl Dall game when three idiots from Atl stood around the football was an onside kick. Think 3 yrs ago?

UAB ML in college hoops a couple weeks ago was about as bad as it gets. -3.5 pregame and had a 31 point lead at one point in the 1H. Led by 28 at halftime and ended up losing the game by 7 in OT. Hard to wrap your head around that one 

Worst beat.. Mavs -2.5 1H vs Warriors.. Mavs up 3 with 1 second left and Barron Davis hits a half court hail mary 3 to tie.. this was the 8th seed upset it was only $100

Best miracle was Ravens -3.5 vs Browns on Monday Night.. Browns gave Ravens a safety at end.. this was for $500..  I thought i had like $100 in my account but when I checked 5 days later it was $1100.. that's when I checked the final score.. I shut the TV off after Tucker kicked FG

 i  remember  i  had  phillies  moneyline.  they  were  up  2-0  8th   inning  .  the  starter  pitched  great  only  alowed  abou7  2  hits.  i  think  it  was  hofman came  in  and  couldnt  get  anyone  out.

I think I've lost 4 times via the "lateral" play at the end of a game. Where they toss it backwards into their own endzone and gave up a td.

i had the f5 under in this game. it was blown soon after. it was only a hundo but boy... i couldn't believe this happened and i'll never forget it. it's still in highlights 

brock purdy fucked me a couple times pretty bad at iowa state, including the cheeze it bowl

 That reminds me, I have season tickets to the Packers and I sit in Club Seats, the year they resigned Davondre Campbell, LB after he proved himsilf on a 1 year deal, I sat next to his wife and kids for the games, we talked quite a bit over 6 games, she told me the whole story how they met at Minnesota when he was a Gopher, Davondres training regimen, his diet ect.........he played for the Falcons in that Superbowl and she had no problem bringing that game up, she told me her husband is convinced that game was totally fixed!   I listened to her tell me how the refs changed the entire flow of the game, I cannot remember if there were controversial calls but she was pretty adamant about that game being fixed.   Just sayin. 

I've had so many in all ways imaginable.  When you play with the gambling gods for 25+ years it's bound to happen. 

Miracle 3's from half court in college basketball when you are on the fav at -5 and they are up 7 and the dog throws it in from half court for no reason and it goes in and you lose the cover. 

Pick 6 in OT when I'm +8 and the favorite scores first and pick 6 blows the cover.

Or I'm catching 6 and the dog is down 5 with 5 seconds left tries 10 laterals that end in another score to blow the cover. 

College bball getting 15 points up 10 at half and still lose. 

College bball on the over 80, they score 62 in the first and 15 in the second. 

All of those happened and more.

10/24/83 College Senior, down about 3k for the week. Didn't have it so only way out was to bet bigger on MNF. StL Cards at NYG. Took StL -2 and over 41.5 for $800 each and the same amount in a parlay. Cards kicker Neil O'Donoghue ties the game with a fg near the end of regulation. Feeling like I had a chance, the game goes to OT and the Cards drive the ball deep into Giants territory. O'Donoghue misses a 45 yard attempt that would have made me a double winner. Giants give the ball back and Roy Green catches a pass and is going into the end zone. Ref calls TD but after consulting with whomever, decides that Green stepped out at the 1. Cards lose a yard and bring O'Donoghue in on 2nd down. He misses again. Cards get the ball back with still time to score. They drive it down and give their kicker a third try in OT. He misses from 43 yards. Giants get the ball and move into possible fg range. The winds were swirling in the Meadowlands. Ali Haji-Shiekh comes out and doesn't come close. Game ends in a 20-20 tie. I lose both. Still memorable til this day.

There was 5 seconds left.. Falcons scored the go ahead TD on 4th down.. at that point I was still good.. 2 seconds left then on the kickoff they kept on lateralling until the Falcons grabbed the ball and scored again

If you still have ST then the Bears visiting the frozen tundra Jan 5 could be the last home game of the season.  Should be a DD home fav (barring injuries @Minny) and the game could have meaning as well

The most recent brutal bad beat was NCAAB late last season Temple was +11.5 game goes OT and lost by 12 to Tulane. Several weeks later the Feds were up their ass for a potential point-shaving scandal

I picked all 8 games ATS and hit 7 out of 8, the only loser?

Freaking Notre Dame! 

I picked Notre Dame -2.5 and they proceeded to miss 2 EASY, GIMME field goals in that game, they ended up winning by 1 but obviously didn't cover!

I was 1 missed field goal away from a cool 16K in my pocket, I was sick for a few days after that...

The next year I went back to the same Vegas casino and placed a $50, 8 leg college football ATS parlay to win $8000

I only risked $50 this time cause, "I know it's not gonna win...." 

I hit all 8 legs and pocketed $8000, still my biggest single win to date....

TT vs Oregon last year. Shough throws a pick 6 with 35 seconds left giving Oregon a miracle like cover. Oregon wins 38-30. That game, or play I should say, cost me thousands!
