I tuned into a few boise games this year because I had them parlayed ml and after checking scoreboard 1st half and wondering why they were either down or didnt have a decent lead and every time jeanty would be getting shut down in the first half like against san jose st. of course eventually after feeding him the rock over and over 30 times he'd break a couple and have the yds at the end of the game that made it look good, very deceiving yds I might add. yea jeanty already got the pity awards so no heisman for him, prob should finish 3rd or 4th

2497 yards, 7.3 YPR, and 29 TDs against defenses stacking the box to stop him. Yeah, he sucks.

Travis Hunter will not be playing both ways in the NFL.
Yes he is going to go lockdown Jamarr Chase/Tyreek Hill/Puka Nacua and then go grab some water while the other team punts and then he is going to go embarass Patrick Surtain/Marlon Humphries.
You are all nuts if you think that is happening. Give your head a shake

If you PICK him so high..why wouldn't you Utilize Him BOTH Ways
Did you not hear his Momma..don't let anyone Tell you what you CAN'T do..this kid is the ULTIMATE Nfl player..who ever Drafts him won't be using him on 2 or 3 gimmick plays..
Why do you think PRIME is so High on Travis and not Shedeur??? Even PRIME knows his skill set is more impressive than his Own Boy..
The NFL team that Picks Him is getting the VERY Best Player coming out....And he even plays both ways

You just referenced his mother and his coach as why he will be great. Solid evidence. My apologies
And no he will not be playing both ways. He will become a liability. No one has that endurance. He will be focusing on one position at the next level. This is the NFL. These are the best players in the world. Is Hunter talented. Yes. Is he going to be great? Who knows.
Just because he had a good season doesn't mean it will translate to the next level. Find NFL mock drafts from August. Hunter was not getting the hype back then. They even had other Wide Receivers and CB's ahead of him. Not saying that Mock's can't be fluid but only Generational talents are always at the top years ahead of their draft.
I get your excited about this kid, but common sense needs to prevail.

I Totally agree he SHOULD Not be used BOTH Ways..should be DB more..but look at all the NFL franchises that will KNOW how to utilize His Very Special skill set..even PRIME knows that..
I ASSURE you the Team that is SMART enough to draft him that HIGH..WILL ..he LOVES playing football that much..Kid is from ghetto..He Knows how lucky and Fortunate to have PRIME in his corner And we all know that PRIME knows talent when he sees it..
KID IS a generational Talent..Watch..I think some of the OTHER Heisman winners on that Stage were equally Impressed...This kid is totally Different AND he IS a Winner....He can change an NFL franchise

Yes..those teams you referenced ..They are All desperate for a Generational transformational talent on their teams..All 3 would Definitely utilize him on both sides of the ball..
Can you blame any of them?? Would Love to see him get drafted TOP 3

He should focus on DBˇHe would be a solid wr in the NFL, but just average and not elite, in my opinion. He looks like a prototypical shut down corner, like his adopted daddy Deion Sandersˇ

You knuckleheads trying to minimize what TH did - should AX yourself this question...... Why is it that nobody has done it for like 50 years? People still talk about Champ Bailey with awe - 607 snaps on O / 343 on D / 120 ST - 119 in one game! TH? - 670/686/24 - a true 2 way player like WW2 era ffs - 120 snaps a typical game for him.
And my point is he won't be doing that at the next level. No chance. Everyone is crowning this guy like he's a unicorn. Its an overreaction and immature. Let's see the results next year.
Its really a disservice that they are not playing another good team from another conference in bowl season. It would be a great eye test.

I agree. Travis Hunter was the best player in college football this year. He would have been a star had he played for Texas, Georgia, Alabama or Ohio State...He is a generational type player. I guess we will see if that continues in the NFL. I am not a fan of Deion Sanders, but I do think Travis Hunter is a good kid, and if he can avoid injuries, he will make an impact in the NFL. I guess Deion Sanders had an impact on Travis Hunter, but I think folks forget he was a 5 star recruit and truly elite coming out of high school. He took a risk by committing to Jackson State coached by Deion Sanders, and got hurt in his first season at CU. He definitely had an impact on making CU better...

sounds like the typical goal post mover. and if you're proven wrong then you'll conjure up a new challenge that he'll have to achieve in order to get your respect

You can't base the Heisman on what hypothetically could happen next year. Hunter did something very few, if any, players have done in college football.....Jeanty is a good back.....but there are 5-10 of him every draft....hes not elusive, doesn't catch exceptionally well, and doesn't hit the edges....he'll be a great #2 or 3 back in the NFL....but honestly, if he played for a a mid level SEC team (Boise St equivalent).....hes not in the Heisman conversation at all.....
