 Alabama probably beat ND.  Not a dominat nd offense by any means.  Their better athletes making all the difference.  Wouldn't be rhe case against bama

Irish would have handled Alabama too but I agree it might have been a slightly more entertaining game. Milroe is NOT outrunning this defense or the WRs of Bama will not get more open than Indiana's.....best secondary in college speed and coverage

Texas AM lost by 10 to the IRISH and do you think Bama could beat Texas AM by 10??

Bama was too inconsistent this year. Didn't deserve a spot. I'm seeing Notre Dame as a 1.5 point favorite over Georgia next week.  I lean to the Irish.

Well it worked for PSU this season. Now they also have the easiest playoff track too.

Can't wait to see this line between Georgia and Irish. Anything over +3, I am hammering most likely...... just want to see how the injury report comes out 

I will be Irish ML .....Georgia is going to have heaps of trouble with Irish run game and optionality with short passing game/Riley taking off. Georgia had issues with running QBs

 What has impressed you about nd?  Georgia may not have qb so tbat could give them the edge .im not so sure nd would have beaten  tenn smu or even clemson.  Tbey not particularly athletic.  Having trouble moving ball

No.

Milroe can't read defenses. So that means (regardless how is O-Line plays), he would over thrown receivers, turn the ball over, and take unnecessary sacks because in his mind he believes he can out run everyone in football.

Bama has shown nothing that they are a CFP deserving team.

Notre Dame runs over SMU and Clemson.

 Compared to indiana yes. When look how their defense gave up points against loisville and usc. Both have way more athletes than indiana.  Schedule got indiana here.  I have no dog in the fight.  Just enjoy college football not a fan of any team. Nd Achilles heel has always been a more athletic team.  Indiana  possible boise are way less athletic than nd.  Not the case for the other teams

This Hoosier team is well coached and very good.....the Irish are on another level and yes they got home field. But watch each play.

They are fast and well coached/athletic and focused. Deadly combo

You are right about Indiana. Curt Cignetti is a great coach. The future of Hoosier football is in great hands. The fan base should be excited

Damn. I cannot believe that I tailed the masses and drank the cool aid with Indiana tonight¡­ was seconds away from hedging out pregame for a breakeven (minus juice) prior to kickoff and saw another capper I respect take Indiana.. at least hit my basketball plays so only down 3 units but holy cow, the writing was on the wall. Can¡¯t bet with your heart. I am disappointed in my lack of restraint. 

good job ND backers. Seemed like the obvious play, and was. Almost have to fade the majority on all of these bowl games, should be hitting around 70% by the end 

Marcus Freeman and Notre Dame enjoy losing straight up as a 20+ point favorite. Its an Annual thing.
