Aaron Rodgers threw for four touchdowns and ran for two more as the Green Bay Packers crushed the visiting Denver Broncos 49-23 on Sunday for their 10th straight victory.
Rodgers finished 29 of 38 for 408 yards as the Packers, who lead the NFL with 148 points, broke open a 21-17 game with four unanswered touchdowns and joined the Detroit Lions as the only 4-0 teams.
Charles Woodson had his 11th career interception return for a touchdown, a 30-yarder in the first quarter. He trails only Rod Woodson (12) for the most in NFL history.
After Woodsonกฏs return gave Green Bay a 14-3 lead, the Packers easily recovered an onside kick and, seven plays later, Rodgers made it 21-3 with an 11-yard run.
Denverกฏs Kyle Orton was 22 of 32 for 273 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions, and fell to 4-15 in his last 19 starts. He connected with Eric Decker for two touchdown passes in the second quarter to make it 21-17.
Brandon Lloyd had 136 receiving yards for the Broncos (1-3), who have lost eight straight on the road and are 7-23 overall since starting the 2009 season 6-0.
Rodgersกฏ 50-yard pass to Jordy Nelson in the first quarter marked the 24th straight home game in which he has thrown a touchdown.
Rodgers, who has won 12 of his last 13 at home, also threw scoring passes to Greg Jennings, James Jones and Donald Driver.
Broncos rookie linebacker Von Miller, the second overall pick in Aprilกฏs draft, had two sacks to give him four this season.
