Missouri 34, Texas A&M 27: Russell Hansbrough rushed for a career-high 199 yards and two touchdowns as the visiting Tigers downed the Aggies to move one step closer to clinching the SEC East title.
Maty Mauk went 23-of-40 for 252 yards and a touchdown for Missouri (8-2, 5-1), which has won four games in a row to stay ahead of No. 14 Georgia at the top of the division. Ish Witter and Darius White each scored a touchdown for the Tigers, who recorded 587 yards of total offense.
Kyle Allen finished 24-of-35 for 237 yards and three touchdowns for Texas A&M (7-4, 3-4), which went 4-of-14 on third down. Josh Reynolds caught five passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns while Malcome Kennedy added a TD reception for the Aggies.
Texas A&M led by four when Armani Watts picked off a pass from Mauk late in the second quarter and the Aggies turned the interception into three points to take a 13-6 lead into intermission. Mauk responded by throwing a 16-yard touchdown pass to White to even the score at 13 before Texas A&M regained its seven-point cushion when Reynolds hauled in a 56-yard TD reception.
Hansbrough busted off touchdown runs of 49 and 45 yards to put the Tigers in front 27-20 before Witter scampered 16 yards for a score to cap off a 28-point outburst in the third quarter. The Tigers were holding on to a precarious 34-27 lead when they stopped the Aggies on fourth-and-1 from the 2-yard line with 2:47 left to remain unbeaten on the road.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Missouri has won five of the last six matchups with Texas A&M. กญ The Tigers can advance to their second straight SEC title game by beating Tennessee and Arkansas to close out the regular season. กญ The Aggies fell to 15-3 in night games under Kevin Sumlin.
