I have a BB Curve and have had numerous issues with it. Long story short I was at a Verizon store today and talked with a really cool tech guy. He told me If I call customer service and complain that my phone has been terrible(which it has, on my 6th replacement) and I'm ready to leave them for another service provider that they give out account credits to purchace new phones. I'm not available for an upgrade for another year and refuse to shell out $600 for one of the new droids. He said becasue I've been a customer for over 10 years that threatening to switch could possibly get me one for free, or close to the $199 2 year activation price everyone else can get, from CS. Has anyone ever heard of this and/or tried this? Would love any feedback or tips if possible. Thanks everyone
