Thanks to this gentleman 1st ER response to the urgent keyboard matter as to not operating. Followed your instructions to the word and thankfully this message is being typed without any difficulty on the Ole Toshiba...that's always been good to me for many years.
Cannot than you enough sir and all that you do for Covers members. My business again, will always be with you should any repairs or replacements happen in the future.
Anything you ever need in Los Angeles please don't hesiteate for a moment.
