How do I get this pop up off of my computer???

well everytime I try to get on the internet with that computer I get "Intsecureprof2009.microsoft.block...." so it won't let me go anywhere.

I keep getting these fucking pop ups like "SPYWARE ALERT!"....

Plus I get this notification at the bottom of my computer telling me, "Windows Security Alert" with a paragraph below it saying, "windows reports your computer is infected. click this shield now to scan your computer for viruses...." and there is this shield below it that has never been at the bottom right of my computer before, to my knowledge.

I am also getting an Antivirus System Pro Alert from that shield at the bottom right of my screen saying....

Your computer is being attacked by a virus blah blah blah

Attacked Port: xxxxx

I am presently running webroot in safe mode and it is once again detecting the "Fake Trojan AVII" and "Rogue Anti Spyware" but I am sure when I remove it, again, it will just pop back up when I get to normal mode. I'll check in again later today and let you know. Can I get online in safe mode? Can I download malwarebytes or something like that when I already have webroot on my computer? Is there a way I can find the infected files?

Also,I did a search for "Antivirus System Pro" with a file search on my computer but nothing ever is found. Is there another way to find it?

Were you ever able to install malwarebytes ?

If so you can run it in safe mode with networking to update it.  If you can do this, reboot the computer in regular safe mode and do a full scan.

If you can't download Malwarebytes, just go to a computer that has internet access and copy the program to a flash drive and install it on your computer that way

Thank you KQC and Lippsman for the suggestions. Here is what I've done;

I ran the webroot in safe mode and now the stuff does not appear and I can get into my email for the first time. But when I try to get online, I can't. What is the problem there? I get a "Internet Explorer cannot open webpage" no matter what address I type in. How do I get my internet connection back? I am running in normal mode now and I can send and receive email but not go anywhere online for some reason.

Well I have no way to do it because I can't get online in safe or regular mode. So I will have to try something else to get online. You might be right, maybe my connectivity problems are caused by remants of the virus I don't see. Or maybe it's something else that I don't know that's causing me not to be able to get online.

What's strange is that my outlook express e-mail is working both sending and receiving. So that is working online just fine. It's my IE that can't get on.

Just go to another computer and download the Malwarebytes.exe file.  Copy it to a flashdrive and install it to the infected computer. It's fine if you can't get online in safe mode.  The program will still be up to date enough to work.
