Any thoughts on how to open these? I had a service update or some shit that didn't work, and I had to restore my computer back to factory specs. I put in a brand new 8GB usb drive, and it took about 210 hours to finish. I now plug in the usb drive, and try to open the files, and get a "Windows cannot open this file, File: Buckup.2.fbw". I have spent a week trying to get H.P. to help, but their online help is horrible. Any help out there would be appreciated, guys!!!!!!!!

. With the .2 in the file name that usually means more than one disk was used. But where you used your thumbdrive it should be only one. Do you see an. exe file on the thumb drive now. You can click on that it there is one. 
Anyways, I can't see any .exe file. I had someone tell me that too. I also tried to put it to a CD, but it says there is too much information for one disc, but won't let me "break it down" in to different files to put on a disc. Thanks for the reply. This has been so frustrating.....
