Unless you have the patience of a saint. Here's my story:
My brother has needed a new computer for a while now, so I decided to get him a Dell XPS 8000 for Christmas. Their flashy flyer and great price got me hooked. I bought it on December 9th, they originally gave me a delivery date of December 20th, all fine and dandy. Then they amend it a few days later to January 1st, I'm a bit miffed, but I figure with the holidays and all, it was understandable. Fast forward to today, and STILL NO COMPUTER!!! I just got off the phone after waiting for an HOUR to speak to someone... Now they tell me January 26th! Of course, my Credit Card has already been charged. I'm giving these pricks until then, if nothing, I'm gonna cancel (the guy said I couldn't cancel because it was in production) or if they won't I'll just issue a stop payment through my Visa.
So, just a heads up fellas if you are in the market for a new PC. Stay away from these guys, you may get the best price but by the time you get it you will have grey hair.

This was a bit unusal for Dell. This Christmas they were way behind in production for sure. Anyother time they make up tons of stock systems ahead of time they advetise, but this year they were waiting for the orders to come and waaaay underestimated the number of systems they would sell.
I know of peoople that were supposed to get systems for Christmas and the people got a card telling them a computer was ont the way. What a way to F up Christmas presents.
