Tres bizarre??!?! You should throw the Saskatchewan Roughriders into that ticket at 1.80, one of the best plays on the board!!!
Regis Philbin and my wife might think Marc Sanchez and the Jets are sexy, but I think their "hard knocks" are coming. Ravens are a well balanced team, and may have the most improved offense in football - Rice had 1,300 yards on the ground last year, and now Flacco has multiple threats downfield with big bodies Houshmanzadeh and Boldin to compliment Derrick Mason. You can't commit 7-8 in the box to stop Rice and leave those receivers in man coverage. Flacco is very poised, and will take advantage of that man coverage all day. Darrell Revis can't guard them all, although he might think he can. Ravens will stack the box, and force Sanchez to try and beat them through the air, something he hasn't done yet in his career (only completed more than 15 passes 4 times last year!) Better team getting points. Baltimore +1.5, or 2.50 on pro-line!
Also, Seattle opened as a -1 favorite and are now getting 4.5. A very interesting opening line considering there hasn't been significant roster changes/injuries. Not much to hang your hat here with Seattle talent wise, they do have a new coach and generally are a very strong home team, however, we rarely get a chance to be rooting with the books, and it's worth a shot in week one. Seattle -4.5
Still finalizing over picks!

Should read Seattle +4.5... a very IFFY play... just a chance to cheer with Vegas.
Like GB on proline at 1.75, both teams have middle of the road D's, but GB has one of the top offenses in the NFC. Kolb isn't a proven starter, until he beats me, have to go against him in these match-ups.
Live the OVER 43.5 for 1.60 in the Chicago/Detroit game. Porous pass defenses on both sides, and 4 of the past 5 with these 2 have gone over the total.
Lastly, looking for a reason to not take the Dolphins at 1.90 on proline?! Bills are in rebuilding mode, the Dolphins should eat the Bills run D alive, and sprinkle in a few passes over the top to get Brandon Marshall in the game. Mr.Checkdown, Trent Edwards, has no legitimate targets, although i'm sure he'll find Spiller in the flats a half dozen times today, throwing 3 yard passes when the Bills need 10?!

Still trying to wrap my head around those 4 o'clock games... just in case.
As for the games I'm on:
Oakland will be better, but not good enough to go into LP Field opening week and steal a win.
The Steelers have become a passing team and that's not going to fly with Dennis Dixon at QB
Everyone seems to be on the GB / PHI Over and with good reason. Both teams can light it up.
Threw in the ARZ / COL Over just because I'm a sucker for the Over at Coors Field (plus it doesn't hurt that it was a low scoring game last night either)
