Onion and garlic in olive oil, meat whatever you have, then shrooms powder, salt and pepper, Italian herbs or oregano if you like, shrooms and black olives if you want , Raos Marinara Sauce, simmer thumbs_up

peace_5 been taking it for a while , Cholesterol is a non issue , or not a big issue

my doc said to take a supplement additional to the Statin , i ll look it up and tell you , it supposedly improves the efficiency of the Statin , btw i haven't bought it yet its over the counter
