When I thought it could not get to much worse it just kept on getting worse. Really thought for a long period of that Chooks game they had it in the bag and then the last 10 mins happened.

So last week I was willing to give the Eels the benefit of the doubt and man did I pay the price. Doggies must have figured it out in those final 15 mins or so with the Panthers and they looked good last week. I think the Sea Eagles is a sinking ship this year and while they did beat the Storm it was mainly due to a 7 min period of DCE putting on some magic, for the rest of the game they were mediocre. Doggies impressed me and for that reason they get the nod and the money.

It was not pretty last week but they got the job done and had a win. Now I am 1-1 in Broncos games. I have said it over the past 2 weeks, really like them to be good this year so with that in mind here goes again on them as a pk'em game. Cowboys have been very disappointing to open the season and really I can not see a way to back them right now. They were very poor in the season opener against the Chooks and then last week could not score points and did nothing all 2nd half. These games always play out to be goodies and like that was able to get the half point, could come in handy if this one comes down to the wire.
