Whilst I don't believe that online gambling sites are scams (at least the reputable sites with many members), you can never be 100% sure really.
There's a reason why those jackpots are there, they are to suck you in and entice you. It's no different from lotto; play and you have a chance, but that chance is extremely slim.
As for the bonus, be very very careful. Almost all the sites that offer a bonus on a deposit require a large wagering requirements, mostly 25x your deposit before you can withdraw.
What this means is that if you deposited $2000 (and received an $800 bonus), you would actually have to bet/wager $2000 x 25 = $50000 before you would be allowed to withdraw anything.
It means you need to turn that $2000 into $50000 somehow before you can even touch it. It is CRAZY.
Stay away my friend; whatever you are doing here on this forum is working.

Hi T2,
I wouldn't advise it.

Sports betting- at least if it is rigged by players, refs whatever you still have 50/50 (maybe) of being on the right side of the fix.
Recently in the US they caught a programmer or a company that set up the machines for state lotteries in several states. There was a bug set in the program that if a certain date fell on a certain day they would know what numbers would come up. They won 8 or ten lotteries over a five year period, but got caught. So every online card game or similar was programmed by someone. Also there's companies could easily have some sort of safety built in so the jumbo jackpots are never won, by the deserving

Had a bit of a time on the live casinos. Played blacjack and roullete with the live dealers only because i didnt trust the video games. Also those bonus are a death, there is no way u can get money out, the wagering requirements are so high. i was up huge and just because i had to keep gambling i ended up blowing the lot haha eg. 500 on black, green comes up, one of my badbeats . i would suggest decline the bonus
