They were -8 to SMU at Happy Valley, but are -11 to Boise on a neutral field? Too many points IMHO.

In the early bowls before Christmas, bet the first half under. If it hit, quit. If it doesn't, double you bet on second half under. Seems to me that it worked for a while and then crashed?

I never buy points. It is statistically wrong. It can't make a win-loss differance often enough to justify the extra juice. I'm not telling you what to do.
