According to the latest annual job creation numbers published by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 31.54 million jobs were created in 2023. This is calculated by aggregating the total number of gross job gains recorded per quarter. 2023��s figure marks a 6.83% annual fall, the second successive annual decline and the largest in more than a decade.
