Casino doesn't count, it's a mob movie and one of the few gambling scenes shown was total BS. Pesci throwing face cards back at the dealer? Come the fuck on. It was a hollywood interpretation of the mobs role in Vegas.
Rounders is the closest I see to an actual "real" plausible life of a gambler, though it is also a bit much at times. Bookies is worth a watch

A new one that I would recommend not to watch would be Lay the Favorite. Good cast, bad movie. I would say why but if someone was wanting to watch it I don't want to give it away.
