i never deposited only the covers freeroll. took me a month but the begining of march they sent me a check for $200 the only time i went for a withdraw. keep on writing them.

Thank you very much for the reply.It's the first bit of good news I've heard.Can you tell me if you had problems sending them the documents that they require for withdrawal.They keep telling me that they are not receiving them,although I have sent them a hundred times.

Thanks Giant,I will look into that option if I can get to that point.My problem is that they keep telling me that they are not receiving my id copy and verification form documents that I am sending by email.Also the upload documents option on their webpage does not work.Did you have trouble with this process before your first withdrawal?

I never closed the poker client after seeing that they were shutting down for fear i wouldn't be able to get back in.Most people didn't receive proper warning though.
Thanks to everyone for any information and/or experiences with PokerFan.I actually received an email today saying that they finally received my documents and my withdrawal is being processed.Not sure what happened,but I'll give props to Lou.The same day I brought this to his attention they have somehow now magically received everything.Pretty strange since I've been sending the docs over and over for weeks.We'll see,I will update.

Thats funny they told me that they couldnt tranfer the money to another account on Merge.That was one of the solutions I offered them,but they said that they could not do that.

They have claimed that they weren't able to receive any of my emails over the past several weeks,until today they say they now got them supposedly.The agent on live chat also gave me an alternative email address support@pokercs.com .I didn't use it myself,buy you might try that.The email I received said that the software is still supposed to work until April 22nd so that players can withdraw their remaining balance,but the games were all shut down last night.

No I didn't mean it like you were bullshittin.I'm just suspicious of the support teams motives,still remains to be seen.And the only withdrawal options available to me are check,and a couple of ewallets that I have never used.Unfortunately the one Giant mentioned is not one of them.
