Whether it is play money or a $100 buy-in, the software should be the same. So are you sayiing the lower stakes are rigged for action flops?
When you play 2$ tournaments. People tend to go allin with bullshit hands making the possibilities of a bad beat happening more often. I've played 100s and 200$ buyins on many poker engines and you still get the same amount of bad beats. Even when you play Live games at the casino, you can receive wicked bad beats like this. The difference is you see 10x more hands online than you would at a casino.

Not at all...
OP's title is "Only at Poker Stars..." implying riggedness of some sort.
A more appropriate title would be "Only in $2 tournaments do you see hands like this"
As others stated, LOTS of wacky stuff happens in "micro" tournies... no one really respects their buy in (or the pay out) so they shove with garbage. The more "all ins" you see the more suck outs you are likely to see.
The kings only have 54% equity pre-flop... it's not uncanny that they lose here.

I completely agree with everything you say, but I was referring to the flop. Yes, $2 tourneys are just showdown poker/Bingo.
