Just finished his book. I believe he is more famous for proposition betting and playing pool/snooker. Great read if you get a chance.

He was always on the HUSTLE...

Ran some tournys in Alb. N.M. in the mid 90's and he came to town with a good friend of his. We made a special bounty if you could KO the champ. Every 15 minutes we would move Slim to another table so each player got to play with & have a chance to win his bounty. Sure enough, when he got to his friends table.... POW, his friend KO'ed the champ & we were the CHUMPS. R.I.P. CHAMP.
