Isn't Marchand known as the "slew foot king"? That is the dirtiest play in hockey and he got away with it for years. Bennett punched Marchand in the face accidently by mistake, I really thought he could take a punch but I guess not lol. You think that's 5 years in jail bud come on!

Sure, I understand...Marchand isn't gonna get any sympathy but the play by Bennett was dirty and the cross-check to the back of Coyle that interfered with Swayman that was reviewed and not overturned is BS too. But hey...props to the Panthers, they are the better team in this series (and I'm a Boston fan).

There are no excuses for the Bruin squad. Sorry. I just can't. They are mentally weak, soft and have no heart. The Tim Thomas lead Bruin squads never and I mean NEVER would have made excuses and they never would have folded when punched in the mouth. I can't wait for them to be eliminated and let the REAL hockey players compete for Lord Stanley's Cup.

 You mean the same type of blind hit that Marchand has gotten away with numerous times throughout his career? That crosscheck was a hockey play not goalie interference so it can't be reviewed as such.

Florida is taking a page out of what the Bruins have been getting away with for years. It sucks being on the other side doesn't it. 

As someone that doesn¡¯t watch much hockey, to see that goal upheld after the challenge and reading the rule book, it¡¯s just insane that they did that in a playoff game.

Everyone who¡¯s remotely subjective and wants to see fairly officiated games knows that was BS.

Then you got some people like the comments in here who are completely biased and don¡¯t mind the credibility of the sport being put into question cause they have a hate for a particular team.

Coyle was barely ¡°pushed¡± and was in Swaymans way no matter what . Bruins have nothing to offer in this series and were lucky to get out of first round 

I will settle the debate... as someone who has played or watched hockey my entire 47 years of existence it should have been goaltender interference. No goal. Hogan's citation to the rule is 100% correct (in my opinion). In the playoffs in particular the refs should error on the side of no goal anyway (like they did with the Edmonton no goal because the puck didn't slide all the way across the red line). But my points still remain... I literally despise this Bruin team. They are a disgrace to all the great championship Bruin teams in the past. Game 2 of this series clinched it for me when they literally laid down and let Florida run through them like a rented w-h-o-r-e. I have no respect or time for that. Lord Stanely's Cup deserves more than that. Only REAL hockey players deserve to hoist that very special cup. This REAL hockey players sacrificed a LOT for that moment. The Bruins have clearly been found wanting.

Hopefully it's a rematch of 94 New York vs Vancouver
