Teams +6 or more think r 12-1 ATS tis year
The WWE was called fake for years, and finally the WWE admitted it was staged.....
.....and this didn't cause them to lose any fans whatsoever. The games go on.
Cincy did leave the rookie QB a lot of space, and also many of the flat receivers were given way too much spacing. The QB for Wash, Daniels, in his 3rd game....was seen telling the coaches to go for it on 4th and 4........and they obliged. It was a night where he was given everything he wanted.
He also played as loose and carefree as you will ever see from a QB, whether rookie or veteran. He was allowed to enjoy himself. He appeared to be given a kind of 'hero status' as if he was knighted by the NFL.....but those are appearances.
He played loose and confident, and he made plays. I think the game was planned to be a shootout, and see who gets the W, or if the coin lands on its sides (OT). Daniels made exceptional plays --3 for 3 on 4th down...hitting open receivers.....If he doesn't make that 3rd and 7 throw, they would be tied at regulation. Cincy would score a TD.
Of course it is planned entertainment. Bu8t the fans do not care. There is a level of combat going on, and those battles are intriguing enough to keep people interested. But the refs can make one team work harder, esp on the PI call (or non call). Coaches will make dumb play calling....Maybe it is 50-50 entertainment and legit competition.....Yet.....Gambling on football will reach a several hundred billion dollars......
