I think there is ridiculous value on Justin Kripps from Canada to lead after the 1st run tonight. +800
Everybody knows bobsledding is all about the Germans and they will probably take 2 out of 3 spots on the podium with Friedrichs and Lochner (if not all 3 with their other team), but Kripps is the clear 3rd favourite in this race and there¡¯s not a lot between them. But that¡¯s why I¡¯m also only betting him to have to beat them on one run instead of over the course of 4. Kripps had the fastest time (by 0.05 seconds) and top speed (by 2 km/h) in the training runs before skipping the last two (not unusual for top teams) so he has to be feeling confident here.
At the end of the day though this will be decided by mere hundredths of a second so play lightly. +800 is ridiculous for a 3-way coin flip by razor thin margins.
