I know a lot about Peyton Manning
Yes there's no question his throws are getting weaker, as you said slower. They're also wobbly now.
Supposedly the word to beat him was don't cover the outside/sidelines balls because Manning can no longer throw well to the sides of the field
Agreed it's always been Manning's show. New coach and system now, so again should be interesting. Probably agree with you though that in the end-it has to be Manning's show. He is no longer mobile (never really has been). If Kubiak gets in his way and makes him uncomfortable, it's hard to see it succeeding.
As great as he is he's better off calling this his last year. I'm saying this as I think he's the best quarterback I've ever seen-regular season. Post-season, another matter. Maybe he gets tired as the season wears along. He's always been a quick starter, whether to the season or in games.
