NFL season is winding down and it's that time of year when the dogs bark and bite. Who's the two big upsets tomorrow and why?
None. As you saw Thursday, and today, favorites run the league this year. Zero parody this season. Favorites between last week and this week have covered 15 of the last 18 games. Gun to my head, I rarely take the Seahawks being from Seattle. In fact, I usually fade them. Took Packers last week. But I think they¡¯ll beat Minnesota tomorrow.

@Win4Ever
I think that will change tomorrow, if we all had the answers to these questions we be rich and there would be no sports wagering lol I love the Dirty Birds tomorrow also.

Probably daaaaaaBEARS have the best chance....not super-great, mind you, but assuming you're talking the dogs of AT LEAST +3.5 or higher only (since anything less is essentially just the homefield disadvantage, not an actual negative edge)
They are at home, with NOTHING to lose now, and the LIONS are really banged up.

You all are crazy with the Cleveland nonsense! Cincy might be the best bet on the board. They will score 31+ easy and you expect DTR to hang with that in his first start of the season with a team that has been so pathetic and has nothing to play for?
The two dogs to bet are: Washington +3.5 (great spot here), and the NY Jets +3 (they play close games, are def not as bad as their record suggests, have been playing well).
Also like the Pats to cover +14 in a game that Buffalo doesn't need and will keep it vanilla get in and get out without injuries. They can't catch the Chiefs now.

The bears.
Just posted it in my own thread. The lions do not fare well outside, especially in these colder temps tomorrow. Check their schedule over the last few years. Not really sure how the nfl lets them play all of their road games against dome teams. NFL wants Detroit to be the NFC darlings, I suppose.
But¡ Jerrod Goff typically does not fare well at soldier field in the cold

The Lions won in Lambeau this year in down pour weather. The Bears are dogshit. Every week people come here touting them and every week they get destroyed. MNF was the same angle and Minnesota waxed these losers. They have a high school caliber coach calling plays. This team has mailed it in and ready for Maui tee times.

@Win4Ever
It was summer weather in lambo when the lions went in and won. 63 degrees or so
but yes, the bears are dogshit with dogshit play calling, dogshit management, and on and on. I agree with that
however, they’re going to keep this one close

Are you sure you¡¯re thinking of the same game?
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- ¡ª In their first outdoor game of the season, the Detroit Lions showed they could thrive even in lousy conditions as they took command of the NFC North.
Kerby Joseph scored on a 27-yard interception return, and the Lions converted two fourth downs into touchdowns as they continued one of the best starts in franchise history by beating the Green Bay Packers 24-14 on a rainy and windy Sunday.
¡°We¡¯re built for this, man," Lions coach Dan Campbell said. ¡°Just because we play indoors, it doesn¡¯t matter. We can play anywhere. We can play in the snow. We can play in the rain. We can play in the mud. That¡¯s just us. We¡¯re built to win.¡±

I am, but I might be mistaken. I just searched for the temp of gametime prior to posting. If it was not a warmer day, then I’m wrong. 100%
jist going through the lions schedule over the last few years, their road games are in warm temps outside or in a dome and when not, they’re not the same team
and of course their coach is going to be pumping his chest at every turn.
The Lions are fuckkng good. I want for them to represent the NFC, just don’t think this is the spot to be confident backing them. Everyone is finally off the bears with their dogshit team, but I like the cold weather to disrupt the Detroit passing game.
that is all.
good luck to all

Easily the best post in this thread. The only issue is that I have a feeling that none of those games will go this way. Cincy will find a way to keep Cleveland hanging around, Buffalo will beat the patriots by 3 scores, and Philly will win by 7+. Still, betting the favorites will make you the most money this year.
If you want to try your money on a dog this week, it¡¯s titans, giants, and panthers. wouldn¡¯t be surprised if all three win outright.
