Take a look at Elijah Moore for Cleveland. 
KC not very good against opposing receivers and Tillman is out for Cleveland. Jeudy will be doubled most of the time. Don¡¯t see why Moore could not reach 50 yd mark.

 It is appealing, Moore RecYds, but in the 2 1/2 games Tillman has missed, Moore has only hit 40 yards 1x, and it took Winston throwing 58x, targeting him 14 of them¡­.a once a year kind of game.

Moore definitely gets targets, KC pass defense isn¡¯t very good, CLE should be down and passing a lot to catch up in 2H.  

What you¡¯re saying make a lot of sense, but for me, personally, and I own a lot of Moore in my fantasy lineups, he¡¯s only broken 40 yards 5x all season, and for me, it¡¯s more a distrust in Winston¡¯s accuracy than it is Moore¡¯s ability, as to why I personally wouldn¡¯t touch Moore at 50+

Maybe a 40+ play, if can find under -150, or, in a parlay/Round Robin, but I wouldn¡¯t be comfy enough putting my $ on 50+
