jackson should still be the favorite its a joke. I knew even having stats more than twice better than last year and being more important to the team this year over last that they wouldnt give it to him this year but they gave it to him last year when he didnt deserve it. its all a joke. last year ravens had the best defense in the league giving up only 16.5 pts/game this year they have the worst pass defense and given up 24.5 pts/game. and he's leading the league. also I remember last year nobody was saying he should be mvp until the oddsmakers released the odds which begs the question how can oddsmakers put odds on something thats voted on unless some kind of way the voters are vetted perhaps with early questionnaires or something it really makes one wonder how are they coming up with the odds
Agreed, Jackson didn't deserve the award last season. His number paled in comparison to his 2019 numbers. He probably does deserve it this year, and they probably won't give it to him. The MVP award is a joke. They worry too much about the team record and not the player.
