Fields has started in 6 games, and has 10 total td's.

Caleb Williams has started in 10 games, and has 9 total td's. 

You are correct. They could have/should have traded for picks. Could have drafted at least 2 offensive linemen on top of who they drafted, and more picks down the road.

Instead they got Caleb, Odunze, and a bad ass punter.

teams that need a qb:  Raiders, Browns, Giants, Titans, and probably the Saints.  TB is possible too but they should keep Baker

Raiders, Browns and Giants will draft a QB for sure.  With Ward, Sanders and Beck available that should suffice.  

Titans cant be happy with Levis but may stick it out one more year.  Depends on the coach/gm. 

Saints have Carr so he might stick around.  Also Rattler who looked bad but he had no help around him and it's not fair to judge his play.

I think Fields could stick around in Pittsburgh because he's only going to be a backup unless some coach/OC can gameplan around his skill set and that's very unlikely. 
So think Tyrod Taylor, Jacoby Brissett, Drew Lock....
