Best is a personal choice for everyone---not sure where you are staying, but the SUPERBOOK at the Hilton compares with most of the better resorts. They have a huge theatre where their headliner/s play---Manilow--etc., and on NFL Sunday's they used to show all of the games on BIG screens----beer specials, prizes, -whatever. That was 3 or 4 years ago, but I'd bet that they have something similar now.

Yes the Hilton Superbook is the best place to find various lines. They will by far have the most options in terms of betting lines and props. The Hilton Theatre will have every game on the big screens as well. The Theatre is separate from the sportsbook and of course you can watch the games in the actual book but seating is limited and it gets packed on sundays. Its not the nicest or glamourous book around but if your main concern is betting lines and options while watching every game then the Hilton Superbook is the place to be.

Enjoy......If you are judging a sportsbook by whether or not you can make a halftime bet in WNBA or CFL, then you need to bring your computer and play on the Internet. You could not have picked two sports lower down on the "foodchain" here....even soccer carries more weight and has more betting options.
The best, and most unique, options in Vegas is ingame betting; and The M (not technically on the Strip) and The Pallazzo and The Venetian carry it.....managed by Cantor Gaming. If you are the kind of bettor that looks for action AFTER a game has started, then you really need to look into what Cantor offers. They don't carry every game in every sport (yet)...but still it can be great fun (and profitable) with the constant juice and line changes during a game.
The LV Hilton/Jay Kornegay is always a great place....not certain, however, what you will find on that weekend. Aria, as mentioned, has great TV's; but the sportsbook is lacking a "vibe." Mandalay, when busy, is always a favorite of mine...when slow, it's a morgue. It should be pretty good for CFB.

As much as I like and admire Mike Colbert and his team at The M (and their creativity of action for the bettors)..I would not give the book very high marks. Too small and, frankly, not terribly comfortable for watching a 3-hour game, unless you are in the small VIP section in the back. The original configuration was slightly better; but they needed to add more cubicles for their ingame bettors....

Gourmet...If you had to choose 1 place in Vegas to spend 4-5 hours on a Sunday watching games where would that be for you?
Went to Emerils Stadium recently. Was pretty impressed with that setup. Still cant go wrong with the Southpoint, M , Gvr or Red Rock. Also some of the BWW'shave upgraded their TV's to some nice big high def screens. The one by the Outlet mall on LVBLVD in nice.

I will be in Vegas, staying at the MGM for the Labor Day weekend. My favorite sportsbook to watch the games, bet and flirt with the ladies is at Paris. They are always serving complimentary drinks all the time, whereas other places require you to bet a certain amount before they serve you.
Looking forward to the college games that weekend! ENJOY, are you good at NCAAF?
