Your buddy is paying for the flight & the room & you're still looking for a way to stretch a dollar?
Walk to the Hoover Dam and back. That should kill some time - won't cost you anything either.

There is so much to see if you have never been there you'll be fine.
You don't have to gamble 24/7. You can do a "bar crawl" from casino to casino & check out them all out.
Play $1.00 Keno game at each place (that still has Keno).
Pool some money with your buds & play a little on slots or whatever up and down the strip or downtown.
Get your pale cheeseheaded-ass out by the pool & get some color - that's free too.

Dude
Pace urself
Have a daily stop loss!!!!!!
If u lose all ur cash on day 1 or 2, u will be miserable. Let's say u bring 4200 dollars with u, that is 600 a day!!! It sounds like u like POKER, play in a tourney or two, great way to have fun and kill time. I have been to Vegas for over a week, many times, u just have to pace urself, enjoy the pool, go out at night, have a good dinner, and just enjoy it!!! A good night out is have dinner at the bar at RAO at Caesar's, head over to the TROP and see a comedy show, and come back and play black jack with the box Cat dolls in front of Pure at Caesar's..................
The Mirage right next door has a great poker room, with some nice tournaments.....

There are four of us that kinda work thogether. So if one of us hits big, we all benefit one way or the other. So when my buddy won he thaught of the idea...wasn't gong to argue haha
Thanks for the ideas. I have a "money loss" system. I am planning on spending time at the pool, seeing things, etc. That will also be be NCAA tourny time when im there, so I will spend some time the sports book. Any ideas of casinos or games I can slip away to for a while if things get tight? For example: I see at hooters they have a $3 min blackjack, rather than the 5 and$10 min. I also see a a daily $50 poker tourny at Planet Hollywood, etc. Thanks for the info...any other ideas are more than welcome! Thanks again!

I recommend checking out the fitness room/gym at Caesars and working out at least three times in your seven days. It will make you feel A LOT better b/c you are getting some exercise.
You're there during the Big Dance, so enjoy it. Try to wake early so you can watch all of the games on television. Pick a Cinderella team you have no connection to and cheer them on. There will be fans from schools in the Big Dance there, so walk around the sportsbook and talk to some of them. Get there early, b/c those seats fill up fast.
Enjoy the Garden of the Gods pool, especially the European sunbathing area.
Go visit Ellis Island Casino and Microbrewery at least once to eat their steak dinner.
Go off the Strip to the Hofbrau Haus at least once.
Go to downtown and watch the light show one night.
I'll always make it a point to do something away from the casino I am staying in every day, just to force myself to get out and exercise a little.
