This is not on the inside but a good way for killing time any putting money in play to be rated for comps.
Place to equal buts on either 1-12 and 2-24 or 2-24 and 25-36 whatever you feel.
Now you have 2/3 of the board covered. You will always lose one bet but the second pays you 2-1. So unless the ball hits in the 1/3 you didn't put or 0/00 you going to win 1 unit, but when you lose, you lose 2 units.
I know its stupid, but if you get lucky and pick the right 66% of the board you can win a little bit. I play this way sometimes and the dealer does tell me this is the best way to play this game.

One, never play roulette on line. This is the true sucker bet.
I have watched live roulette for countless hours, and 99% of everyone playing are just total idiots w/ absolutley no clue as to what they are doing.
Without revealing strategy, I will give you this wagering tip. Develop your own strategy for the outside, namely black/red, and stay with it. Let your "system" lose before you get in so to get the winning angle on your side. Play small this way, and try to build up your stack. Don't stay at one table too long. Pick and choose and stay disciplined. Once you build up a roll, either go home or say ok, now that I am up, I am going to wait for the absolute best play that my "system" points to , and then either take all your profit on that one play. Or divide it into thirds w/ one-third on the first play and 2/3 on the second if the first loses.
It's all about playing from a strong vantage point. You're either there to make some serious money w/ the chance that you go home break even, or you take home a nice chunk. To make REAL money gambling, at some point you have to stick your neck out. Again, do it from a position of strength. Or just be Ned Flander and say, "Oh my willy-wooly, I made $20 tonight." Wow.

There are sucker bets you can avoid.
There is no strong vantage point on roulette unless the wheel is unbalenced or you are a cheat.

Caro¡¯s Roulette System #1
First, never bet simply red or black. Also don¡¯t bet odd or even. These are equally poor, consistently losing wagers.
Second, don¡¯t be suckered into betting zero or double zero, despite what some experts may suggest. This may seem like you¡¯re betting with the house, but for technical reasons you are actually betting against the house ¡ª and you are taking the worst of it.
So, in order to negate the house advantage, you MUST stick to straight non-green number bets. All odd red numbers turn out to be bad choices, based on over two trillion computer trials. Don¡¯t bet them.
All even black numbers fair poorly, and cannot be bet, for much the same reason, which I won¡¯t explain here.
Let¡¯s get straight to the money-saving advice. Any bet you decide to make MUST cover only even-red or odd-black numbers. There are no exceptions.
Finally, you need to be very disciplined in excluding the number 30 and the group of consecutive numbers that begins with 11 and continues clockwise through and including 14.
This system may seem mystical, but I take gambling quite seriously, and this works for me.

I understand the House edge doesn't change as it relates to the payoff. What I do gives you roughly a 63% chance to win 1/2 your play, versus 2.6% to win 35 times your bet.
Your not gonna get rich playing this way.

Any test or game we would be mutually agreed to ...............I'm game.
How about a best of 10 baseball wagering?

Not exactly a counting cards strategy, is it? Your approach m,akes a lot more sense than trying to build a "strong vantage point," I think. But maybe somebody knows something we don't know. I like to hear of how people play Roulette. Some of the things they think of....wow.

josbran, If you are comfortable with this system, you'll probably get more comps playing a video machine vs table action, all depends if that's more important to you than the longer session and table interaction with other players which can be a lot of fun..But I know a couple players who are killing comps in AC and it is not table play.(and not losing $ equal to coin-in..buffets,free plays..works for them cause they live there)
