If you are "up there" in betting levels, you really should know this stuff already....even if you have never been here. You should also have a host at your casino and, if you are going to be looking for "stuff" here; you might want to establish a line of credit with your host....Once again, assuming that you are coming with/or wiring serious cash.
It's easier to give exact advice if you have more exact questions....as to amounts. Some people think $1000 is a lot of money to bet and some guys tip $1000 to the cocktail waitress.
